Please note: Anywhere in the documents that follow where you see "yourdomain", replace it with your actual domain name (ie: For us www.yourdomain would be www.azcappy.com, ftp.yourdomain would be ftp.azcappy.com, etc.)

- Game Servers (Before calling us for technical support for your game server, please check your local internet connectivity. Most connectivity issues are caused by firewalls. For Windows, click Start -> Run, type cmd in the text box and press enter. A DOS command line window should open. At the prompt type ipconfig and press enter. This will produce a settings report for your internet connection. Check your assigned IP address. If the first number is 192, then you are behind a firewall. You will need to log into your router and do some port routing. Due to the number of routers available and all of the different configurations, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Network Administrator for help with this. We can't help you. If you are still unable to connect, check to see if your built-in Windows firewall is turned on. If so, either turn it off during game play or consult Microsoft Help and Support to learn how to allow connections for the port your game server is using.)
